    In our datacenter, we use the Sentry Power Tower Fail-Safe XL which you 
can get for about $1,267.  It provides 16 switched outlets.  You can use 
their web interface, or setup remote scripts to turn ports on or off, or 
cycle.  They come in multiple form factors, I like the basic 2U model.  They 
support datacenters which provide two AC inputs from two circuits with 
automatic hot switchover and load balancing, and they support computers that 
have dual power supplies with dual AC plugs (you can group the plugs so when 
I say reboot computer X, it cycles both plugs in sync).  If you're

Oh, and it does support SSH and HTTPS for the management interfaces.
