[SDBUG] Dial *in* to OpenBSD box

All,

I wanna hook up a out of band management method for my OpenBSD  
firewall. I see lots of docs on how to use my OpenBSD box to dial in  
to an ISP, but I want to use an external serial modem connected to my  
OpenBSD box, and dial in to it form my Windows PC at home. Got any  
howto links, tips, hints or howtos ?
