I might also mention that I block Korean networks with my firewall because I have very little interest in the TONs of Korean porn messages that come barreling down the network and I don't do any business that requires legit mail from Korea. All that junk isn't include in the 32K+ number I mentioned. I don't read nor speak Korean or I might have more interest ;-)
