Aloha Pedro,
I build my servers off line then try to reach them from the lan to make
sure that perform properly. Then I put them on an IP from my outside ATM
and test tham from some desktop I have on the net before I put them in
service.
However on the FreeBSD.org list (on questions list) there are many
people who work with production servers and ISP's who use testing
programs. You can ask there as well as this list.
