[SDBUG] Sudo on a Linux netbook

Not sure if there is something different in Ubuntu, but
in Fedora and Red Hat, you need to configure the /etc/sudoers
file to get sudo to work.

You should always be able to get super user priveleges with
  su -    
and enter the root password.
